We got a response from the RV dealer, they found the leak and were able to fix it. There was an odor I could smell and the dealer confirmed and when they looked in the tank apparently somebody did number twos into the tank while it was dry or not flushed properly.

DUDE, so they power rinsed it and added chemicals designed to help with it so I will be busy flushing the tanks on Sunday. Ahhh well, that's the RV life.
