Two days straight and no sign of mice, we thought we would catch another adult but our guess right now is the mother was small and we caught her. Or, they have moved on, we caught 3 all told so Ronda is re-cleaning the silverware and the drawers and keeping things out for a few days while we keep the traps loaded and out for another week or so.
I got a few comments about getting a cat… yeah… good idea…. or maybe we could wake ours up long enough to maybe do her job? Nah, she’s 14, she has no interest in catching anything except for a few ZzZzZzZzzzzzzzzzz’s…. 
We hope to go out this next weekend for a 2 day season break in, we’ll see.

Awww heck I wouldn't be surprised if the cat fed the mice!!
Hope you got them all. I haven't seen anymore droppings here either.

yes, Cats!..sleep all day and party all night!
We were being housed in an old wartime bungalow after neighbourhood kids burnt ours down in 2004. They had mice there and our 19 year old cat at that time would watch the mice eat his kibble and look at us and meow like what are those to Kathy and I. The old fashion traps worked better then he did.
It's about time.
Oh she's very cute though! My cats are too big, mice too small. Cat's can't get where the meeseys run off to..
your cat is so cute and looks comfy! reminds me of my cat. they don't look alike, but he sure sleeps a lot, too. and he's spoiled also. i enjoy reading your posts and stories, thanks for sharing. ~Michelle
