I played Semi-Pro hockey for a lot of years and when I walk in the ice and snow I don’t fall down. If I slip I always catch myself somehow, others might be falling around me but somehow I keep my footing.
Today the sidewalks and bridge by my office were all ice, try as that bridge could I did not fall down. There was a few close calls, the angle of the sidewalk gets steep and I slid a good 6 feet or more but did I go down? NOPE!
Therefore I am now known to my wife as THE VIKING NINJA! Of course, walking around in my own house seems to be another matter entirely since I have fallen down twice and hurt myself once!! But outside, I’m Niking Vinja! Errrrrr I mean Viking Ninja!
This is how my wife see’s me.

Lucky you! I slipped on the ice and had a compound fracture in my right arm when I was in the third grade. Ever since then I waddle like a penguin on ice! Love Di ♥
I'm Erik's wife, Ronda. I just had to re-do his Viking-Ninja. My version of him is much more fitting. That's my hubby! :-)
I am Niking Vinja!!!! I don't know why typing that makes me laugh so much but it does!
I like my wifes version better too, now if only we could have it skating on ice or soemthing!
I have added myself to follow your blog. You are more than welcome to visit my blog and become a follower also.
I love Ronda's version of you Erik. The last time my husband and i went out on the ice it was just a question of who could help who (or should that be whom?) we both slid about. Maybe I should have invested in a Viking-Ninja too as it was we looked like two 'Tom and Jerry on ice' characters.
Vinking Ninja's for rent, coming to a town near you! :)
Arrgghh I mean Viking Ninja's for rent, good grief my fingers can't spell....
