When de-winterizing, flushing lines and adding a lot of water to the gray tank, dump the tank prior to jumping in the shower! Doh! Thankfully the gray tank is fresh and there is literally no smell. I still washed my feet when I got out! 
Mental note, DUMP THE GRAY TANK!
