Before we started living...Do you have an ice maker? Before we started living in the Alfa full time, I would be sure all of the water was out of the ice maker when we shut down. I put twists of paper toweling into it for a few days. I also put a rollof toilet paper on the lowest surface of each compartment to wick up any moisture. Remove them after a couple of days.
